To empower ADHD and AuDHD individuals to create the changes that they want to make in their lives while embracing their whole authentic selves.

Education & Experience:

  • Certified ADHD Coach: ADDCA Associate Certified Coach, 2023

  • Completed ADHD Coach Training Program: ADDCA Basic Coach Training 2022

  • 2.5 years ADHD coaching experience

  • Self-directed continued education in neurodiversity (focused mainly on ADHD & Autism with some anxiety, OCD, and CPTSD sprinkled in), executive functioning supports, self-compassion, body-size diversity, relationships, conflict resolution, mindset, and chronic health conditions common among ADHD and Autistic individuals.

  • 10+ years of experience teaching neurodivergent students to play the piano

  • Bachelor of Science in Sociology - Illinois State University 2009

  • Associate of Arts & Sciences - Illinois Central College 2006
